Aqua Surf School’s Operational Policies & Procedures

All services will be conducted at the scheduled time unless weather conditions warrant otherwise.  Aqua Surf School, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any service if we believe ocean conditions are too dangerous.  However, your credit for the cancelled services may be applied toward a future lesson, camp, or class, and a refund may be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

Each participating student must sign a Liability Form (which is required by the local government) the day of the service, or AQUA SURF School, Inc. reserves the right NOT to provide the service.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds:
There is a $25 processing fee for ALL cancelled services.
To ensure accuracy, refunds and cancellations must be submitted in writing to:  info@aquasurf.com
Situations not included in the list below will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancelling Lessons:
Lesson refunds take one to two weeks to process. 

You will receive:

  • 100% refund (minus processing fee) for providing 72 or more hours notice by email.
  • 50% refund (minus processing fee) for providing 48 or more hours notice by email.
  • 0% refund for providing 24 or more hours notice by email, but you may reschedule.
  • 0% refund or credit given for anyone who DOES NOT show up, or PROVIDE at least 24 hours notice by email.  

Cancelling Lesson Packages:

You will receive:

  • 100% refund (minus processing fee) for providing 30 or more days notice by email.
  • 50% refund (minus processing fee) for providing 15 or more days notice by email.
  • 0% refund for providing less than 15 days notice by email.
  • Packages expire twelve months from the date of purchase.

Rescheduling Lessons:

You will receive:

  • 100% rescheduling credit for providing 48 or more hours notice by email.
  • 50% rescheduling credit for providing 24 or more hours notice by email.
  • 0% rescheduling credit for providing 24 or less hours notice by email, but you may reschedule.
  • 0% rescheduling credit given for anyone who DOES NOT show up, or PROVIDE at least 24 hours notice by email.  

Cancelling Camps:
Camp refunds take six to eight weeks to process. 

You will receive:

  • 100% refund (minus processing & other fees) for providing 72 or more hours notice by email.
    • $125 cancellation fee will be applied to cancelled weeks, and packages (day/week).
    • If already attended camp, and you decided to cancel the reservation, you will be charged for each individual day attended at the SINGLE day rate in effect at that time.

Rescheduling Camps:

You will receive:

  • The first rescheduled service is free.
  • A single processing fee of $25 will apply for each additional reschedule thereafter.
  • 100% rescheduling credit for providing 72 or more hours notice by email.
  • 50% rescheduling credit for providing 48 or more hours notice by email.
  • 0% rescheduling credit for providing 24 or less hours notice by email, but you may reschedule.
  • 0% rescheduling credit given for anyone who DOES NOT show up, or PROVIDE at least 24 hours notice by email.  

Refunds or rescheduling credit for scheduled missed camp days will not be given.   However, you may submit a request in writing to: info@aquasurf.com.  We will respond to your request.

Camp Drop-off and Pick-up:
Drop-off is from 8:45am to 9:15am and pick-up is from 3:00pm to 3:30pm. If customers need or choose to pick-up students later, or drop them off earlier, they will be charged for extended care (currently $12 an hour, per child).

Rescheduling Additional Services:

  • 15 or more day’s notice by email is required in rescheduling events.
    • The first rescheduled service is free.
    • A single processing fee of $125 will apply for each additional reschedule thereafter.
    • Any expenses incurred by Aqua Surf School, or its affiliates due to the appointment change will be the responsibility of the contracting party.

Cancelling Additional Services:

  • 50% off all deposits are non-refundable.
  • 50% refund (minus processing fee) for providing 15 or more days notice by email.
  • 0% refund for providing 15 or less days notice by email, but you may reschedule
  • 0% refund for providing 72 or more hours notice by email.
